1. Returns

At www.theboxcompany.com.my, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery or self-collection.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original flat-packed condition
  • Boxes must not be folded, taped, or used
  • Products must be returned in the full original bundle (e.g., packs of 5 or 10)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or assembled carton boxes
  • Damaged items after delivery
  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Clearance or promotional items

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or if incorrect items were delivered

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable
