Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
At www.theboxcompany.com.my, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery or self-collection.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original flat-packed condition
- Boxes must not be folded, taped, or used
- Products must be returned in the full original bundle (e.g., packs of 5 or 10)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Used or assembled carton boxes
- Damaged items after delivery
- Custom or bulk orders
- Clearance or promotional items
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos for verification
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or if incorrect items were delivered
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Original shipping fees are not refundable
